Many of my favorite characters, like Yasu and Ren, were given only a cursory look within the pages. Things were just starting to click again when the book came to an end, and it seems like a long time until January, when the next installment hits the store shelves.

Things are going on an even keel for Hachi, and she’s still mooning after Takumi, even though he only gives her the time of day when it’s convenient for him.
