Rename Administrator.WORKSTATION in Windows 2k or Windows XP (All Users.WINDOWS)

So I had the above problem where I installed Windows XP, then I re-installed XP on top of itself.  This will cause some folders to name themselves in weird and bad ways.  Renaming those folders can be a bit of a pain, but luckily, I found a few places of reference and answered this post.

Yeah. This could also cause stability issues with your OS. It is recommended that you also run the repair wizard after completing the steps above.
